// COUPLES THERAPY
Space to reconnect and grow together.
Couples therapy offers a supportive space to strengthen communication, navigate challenges, and build a more connected relationship together.
Reconnect, understand each other, and grow together.
Relationships can be deeply rewarding, but they can also be complicated. Even couples who love each other can find themselves having the same arguments, feeling misunderstood, or growing apart.
Couples therapy offers a space to slow down, understand what’s happening between you, and find a different way forward. It’s not about who’s right or wrong. It’s about recognizing the patterns that keep you stuck and discovering what’s happening beneath the surface.
My role is to help both partners feel heard, understood, and supported as we work toward meaningful change.
Who I Work With
You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from couples therapy. I support couples navigating:
Recurring arguments and communication difficulties
Emotional distance or feeling disconnected
Infidelity, betrayal, and rebuilding trust
Challenges with intimacy and affection
Parenting stress and major life transitions
ADHD, neurodivergence, and mental health challenges
Different needs, expectations, or relationship goals
Uncertainty about the future of their relationship
How We Work Together
Every relationship has its own story. Together, we’ll explore the dynamics that shape yours, including how you communicate, respond to conflict, and reach for connection.
My approach draws on two evidence-based models:
The Gottman Method offers practical tools to strengthen friendship, improve communication, navigate conflict, and build trust and shared meaning.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) helps us look beyond arguments to understand the deeper emotions and attachment needs that influence how you relate to one another.
By bringing together practical strategies and emotional exploration, we can work toward changes that feel meaningful and sustainable.
What to Expect
We’ll begin by getting to know you as a couple, understanding your concerns, and exploring what you’d like to change. The assessment process may include individual sessions with each partner before continuing our work together.
I bring warmth, curiosity, and a collaborative approach to our sessions. I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation, where both partners can be themselves without fear of judgment.
Let’s Start the Conversation
Whether you’re looking to rebuild your connection, navigate a difficult chapter, or simply strengthen what you already have, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
Let’s explore what’s possible for your relationship.
